Your Founders
Meet Sarah Williams, the Founder of Sacred Fourth, whose vision was born from the raw beauty and deep challenges of her own postpartum experience. After navigating early motherhood with limited support, Sarah became passionate about reimagining how our culture cares for new mothers. Her dream was to create a space where women are not only tended to physically but are deeply nurtured emotionally and spiritually through every stage of motherhood. As a mother of three, Sarah knows the profound transformation that birth brings—not just in body, but in identity, relationships, and daily life. Her leadership is rooted in empathy and lived experience, and her mission is simple but profound: no mother should ever feel alone, unseen, or unsupported.
Joining her is Christine Rodrigues, Co-Founder of Sacred Fourth, who brings years of experience in advocacy and community-based care. As a mother of two herself, Christine understands firsthand the emotional complexity and physical intensity that define the journey of becoming a mother. Her own experience of balancing motherhood with a demanding career illuminated the urgent need for spaces that honor and care for the whole mother. Christine's work with families—especially those navigating complex systems—has fueled her commitment to building inclusive, trauma-informed spaces that honor each mother’s unique story.
Together, Sarah and Christine are building a holistic wellness center that feels like both a warm embrace and a brave revolution—one that places mothers exactly where they belong: at the center.
